Cancellation

Verträge hier kündigen.

This is where you cancel your monthly or annual Preview Studio Pro subscription. No login, no notice period, no reason needed. We confirm receipt immediately by email in text form, including date, time and the point at which the contract ends. The heading keeps its German wording because German law prescribes it.

What happens next. Your cancellation takes effect when it reaches us. Access to Preview Studio Pro remains until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Nothing is charged after that.

Cancellation is not withdrawal. Within the first fourteen days after concluding the contract you can withdraw instead, which ends the contract retroactively. How that works is described at /en/widerruf.

The lifetime license is not a subscription. It does not expire and does not need to be cancelled.

Prefer plain email. A cancellation sent to support@pemediacorp.com is just as effective as this form.
