Withdrawal notice.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Consequences for subscriptions (§ 357 (8) BGB)

No costs are incurred during a free trial period. If you withdraw within this period, the subscription is cancelled without any charge to your payment method.

If you have requested that the service (provision of the license and updates) should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal compared to the total scope of the service provided for in the contract.

Early expiry for digital content (§ 356 (5) BGB)

For contracts for the delivery of digital content not on a physical data carrier (e.g. lifetime license), the right of withdrawal expires when we have begun execution of the contract after you have

• expressly consented to us beginning execution of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent, your right of withdrawal expires upon the start of contract execution.
